Please note due to the Coronavirus some deliveries may experience delays. Our warehouse is dispatching as normal. –  STAY AT HOME & STAY SAFE.

We ensure all orders are delivered on time and in plain discreet packaging.

We use Royal Mail Tracked Delivery & DPD Courier Services.

Orders for delivery to the UK need to be placed before 3:15pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch.
Orders placed after 3pm will be sent the next working day, Monday to Friday.

What if you’re out when your order arrives?
If you’ve missed your parcel, the delivery person will leave a card telling you where and when you to pick up your order.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest delivery office you will have to go and collect your parcel.

If your parcel is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

All items are in stock for same day dispatch. You’ll be told when you order when your parcel will be sent.

We provide discreet delivery in boring padded brown envelopes and brown boxes so nobody knows what’s inside.

What if your order doesn’t arrive when you expect?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us.
