Returns & Refunds

When you place your order and create an account with OhSoNaughty, you can return your order to us.

If your item is faulty, you have 30 days from when you have bought the goods to return it to us for a full refund or replacement.

If you have changed your mind about a product and wish to return it to us, you have 14 days from the day you receive your goods to send it back to us.

Faulty items, we will reimburse your postage charge.

Unwanted items, we are unable reimburse your postage charge.

How to return an item from the UK
1: Fill in the UK returns form below to let us know you are sending something back.

2: Package your return securely with tape. Include as much original packaging as possible. (Don’t forget to include the order number.)

3: Take it to the post office and ask for a certificate of posting. This way you are protected if it gets lost in transit to us.

4. Your return will be processed and a replacement or a refund will be issued.
